"At the risk of sounding dramatic, I have to say that our stay at Jennifer's beautiful space was life-changing. My wife and I booked Jackrabbit Studios for four weeks with our dog as part honeymoon, part creative retreat, part 'why the heck not live in the desert for a month.' We were in search of the perfect place to unplug, reset, and wanted a place that felt neutral and timeless. This space is all of that and more. It's got much more magic and serenity than your average Airbnb. The five-acre property is fully fenced in, with tons of space to spread out. The house is super clean, with a fully-equipped kitchen, incredibly comfy beds; and if you’re in need of a blanket of stars at night, this is definitely the place. The only thing that made checking out bearable was knowing that we’d be back again and again. Jennifer is the best. A warm and wonderful host, with quick communication and provided a fantastic list of local recommendations. Above and beyond, all of it."

“My name is SKF and I was until quite recently, a federal worker working to protect climate and humans. When the federal administration changed in 2025, that all changed. In the first week, executive orders and actions came fast and myself and other federal workers were thrown into uncertainty and fear. Jennifer’s offer of Jackrabbit could not have come at a more necessary time for my health and soul. Me, my partner, our pup and friends and pups from different creative realms came to recharge. The home and the setting is a place of incredible peace, and invites spirituality and recharge in the truest sense. We ideated and invigorated and I came away with a sense of purpose, feeling less alone and understanding some paths forward that might help me, our creative communities and our country.
